Lens-Artists Challenge #149 Blue and Green

Back on September 9, 2011 I shot this couple wading in Lake Michigan up at Little Sable Point. I was in the top of the lighthouse and the water was a refreshing Blue/Green. The white spots are sea gulls floating on the crystal surface.

Wading in Lake Michigan

Here is what the light looks like*:

Goodness, here I am shooting a vid from the light:

*Edit: I looked at those old photos from 2017 and now there is little beach as the Lake is right at the base of the cottonwood tree by the lighthouse.

    1. Thank you. I have a whole series of high resolution shots from the top of the lighthouse. It says a great deal of how being on the Spectrum feels..slightly at a distance from others.

  1. Great that minimalistic picture. It shows how small people are in comparison to the sea.
    Thanks for sharing

    1. It can be. Was just talking to my niece, a busy PhD, and we agreed no matter the workload or problems time on Lake Michigan lessens problems and restores energy.
