Road’s End

This is looking down on the old Eastpoint/St. George Island causeway from the newer one. The barrier islands are dynamic and always changing. I don’t know which hurricane took out the old causeway.

  2. It looks gorgeous. A beautiful causeway that takes you right into the sea. A couple of years ago we visited the holy island of Lindisfarne in Northumberland, UK and I loved walking the causeway there.
Have you gone by car to Key West? For me the ultimate road trip. xox

    • We avoid crowds BUT since our new found appreciation of epic causeways I’m thinking we have to go. There is a fortress/island just off the coast their that is on my list of plays to explore by kayak and catch some epic shots.
