Life in the dunes along Lake Michigan

Brilliant shot! I see a lot of that in my neighborhood – chairs under a tree shade.
Thank you. I’ve been trying to figure out why I like it and I came to the conclusion the subject of two chairs on a beach pushes all the right buttons for me. It makes me want to go buy a book and sit down and read.
Very peaceful and evocative of summer.
Thank you. 🙂
Bravo! This is an evocative photo inviting the viewer to place themselves in the chairs beneath the shade trees and enjoy the seascape. I wonder if Thoreau’s Walden Pond would have been as potentially emotion laden as your photo. I can also visualize this photo gracing an album cover of Easy Listening music with a Summer Samba beat. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you. It is sad to see our summer going now. Fall, however, is pretty spectacular here in the land of Apple Orchards, Pumpkin fields and small town Harvest Festivals.
Fine photo! Pure white and open for everyone’s imagination. Thanks for the visit!
I never thought of it that way. You are right, the viewer can supply his favorite beer, a book or a game tablet or the love of his life. Thanks!
